Zhang Dehui, male, born in March 1968, graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in July 1990, obtained Bachelor Degree in Economics and Master's Degree, is a member of Communist Party of China. He successively served as the Director of the Office and Section Chief of Foreign Affairs and Finance Section (Financial Section) of Huangshan Finance Bureau, Deputy Director General of Huangshan Tourism Bureau, Deputy Director of Huangshan Tourism Commission, Member of the Standing Committee of County Party Committee and Deputy County Head of Yixian County, Huangshan City, Deputy Secretary General of Huangshan Municipal Government and General Manager of Huangshan Hui Cultural Industry Investment Co., Ltd. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company.

Sun Jun, male, born in December 1972, University Degree, is a member of Communist Party of China. He successively served as the Director of the Office, Section Chief of Market Development Section and Section Chief of Personnel and Education Section of Huangshan Tourism Bureau, Section of Secretariat of General Office of Huangshan Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Director of Supervision and Inspection Office of Huangshan Municipal Party Committee. Currently, he is the Member of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of the Company.

Pei Bin, male, born in November 1965, University Degree, is a member of Communist Party of China. He successively served as a teacher of Huizhou Normal College, Cadre and Section Chief of the Second Section of the Organization Department of Huangshan Municipal Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of County Party Committee and Head of Organization Department of Qimen County, Huangshan City and Deputy Director and Researcher of the Political Office of Mount Huangshan Scenic Area Management Committee. Currently, he is the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection of the Company.

Chi Wu, male, born in October 1966, university degree,member of the CPC. served as the deputy general manager of Shilin Hotel,the general manager of Yupinglou Hotel, the director of president office of Huangshan Tourism Group, the general manager of Tiandu Real Estate Company, the assistant president of Huangshan Tourism Group,with the present post of the Member of the Party Committee and senior vice president of the company.

Tang Shinan, male, born in 1973, University Degree, is a member of Communist Party of China. He successively served as the Manager of Personnel Administration Department of Huangshan Shilin Hotel and Deputy General Manager of Tunxi Huishang Guli Hotel. Currently, he is the Member of the Party Committee , Senior Vice President.

Ding Wei, male, born in 1985, Graduate Degree, is a member of Communist Party of China. He successively served as an employee of the Board Office and Strategy Director of Investment and Development Center of the Company. Currently, he is the Member of the Party Committee, Senior Vice President and Secretary of the Board of the Company.

Wei Chao, male, born in January 1980, a member of Communist Party of China, holds a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from Peking University and an MBA from University of Science and Technology of China, and is the Professor-level Senior Engineer and the Head of National Youth Civilization Title. He successively served as the Director of Anhui Urban & Rural Planning and Design Institute, Head of Anhui Sponge City Construction Research Center, and mainly engaged in the management, planning and implementation of various scenic areas and urban ecological space. He has been responsible for more than 100 projects, including: ecological protection, tourism development overall planning and land development and utilization control plan along the Yangtze-Huaihai Water Diversion Project, overall planning of greenway in Southern Anhui Province, and various plans for scenic areas such as Mount Huangshan , Jiuhua Mountain and Chaohu Lake. He participated in the preparation of two monographs, namely Sponge City: from Concept to Implementation and System Planning of Urban Green Land. He participated in the compilation of 3 national standards, edited 1 local standard and a number of technical guidelines, and won dozens of national and provincial awards. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Company.
